Team collaboration and workplace organization. **Position: Seamstress at a garment manufacturing company** **Main Responsibilities** * Participate in the garment manufacturing production process according to role and experience, ensuring speed, attention, and quality; * Operate available sewing machines in the department, as applicable, following supervisor instructions; * Review production instructions prior to commencing work, clarifying any doubts regarding difficulty level and product specifications; * Produce pilot pieces and samples upon request, following team leader guidance and technical specifications; * Replace accessories, materials, and adjust machine settings (thread and stitch), ensuring standardization and quality; * Conduct final inspection of finished products, verifying compliance with production guidelines; * Assist with replenishment of notions, restocking of materials, and organization of the production flow; * Collect sewn components and forward them to subsequent production stages; * Support other production processes as required internally; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, communicating relevant information to the next shift. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (preferred); * Prior experience in the role of Seamstress is mandatory; * For the role of General Garment Assistant, prior experience is considered desirable; * Attention to detail, speed, and commitment; * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow production instructions. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Seamstress: R$ 2.058,66; *Immediate benefits:* * Transportation Allowance; * Basic Food Basket; * Vegas Card (attendance bonus); * Breakfast and afternoon coffee. *After probation period:* * Dental Plan (100% covered by the company); * Co-payment Medical Plan; * Multi-Vegas Card; * All-in-One Card. **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with a 1-hour break).
