We are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our atelier team in São Paulo, working directly with our brides and clients in a sophisticated, welcoming environment focused on experience. At André Antunes Ateliê, we work with haute couture, original collections and made-to-measure dresses, and we are seeking someone who embodies our essence: care, sensitivity, impeccable demeanor, and passion for turning moments into memories. Job responsibilities * Welcome and delight customers with personalized service aligned with the atelier's excellence standards. * Conduct sales consultations: present dresses, collections, proposals and close rental agreements. * Accompany fittings, adjustments and guide the client throughout the process until final dress delivery. * Maintain store organization, hangers, garments and consultation room always impeccable. * Record information in the system, schedule, contracts and follow-ups. * Collaborate closely with production and administrative teams, ensuring smooth interdepartmental coordination. * Oversee the client’s experience from beginning to end, ensuring a memorable journey. Requirements * Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in fashion, premium retail or bridal industry. * Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, courtesy and ease when interacting with people. * Organized, responsible and detail-oriented. * Affinity with fashion, trends and aesthetics is an important advantage. * Availability for in-person work routine at the São Paulo store.
