Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning and controlling production, developing production methods and processes, and optimizing labor layout. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and control of production scheduling 2. Development of production methods and processes 3. Layout optimization for cost calculation and feasibility assessment Responsibilities: · Plan and control production scheduling, collecting data focused on operational time and supplies; · Assist in the preparation of work instruction manuals; · Develop methods and processes in productive areas across Cutting, Screen Printing, Sewing, and macro-production flow finishing; · Develop layouts to better allocate labor with the purpose of calculating manufacturing costs and assessing production feasibility; · Monitor changes in production balancing as a means to improve the production process.
