




Job Summary: Responsible for collecting payments, opening and closing the cash register, issuing receipts, and serving customers—with a focus on payments and service offerings. Multifunctional support to various store departments Responsible for collecting purchase amounts and processing HTN card bill payments, as well as opening and closing the cash register—issuing receipts for daily transactions (credit/debit cards, cash, and PIX). Responsibilities and Duties * Open and close the cash register, issuing transaction receipts for cash, credit/debit cards, PIX, and daily bill payments. * Verify the opening cash amount to ensure sufficient funds and change availability. * Serve customers and recommend the most suitable payment method. * Offer the HTN Card to customers who do not yet hold this payment option. * Identify customers using official identification documents (RG or CNH) for credit approval. * Register and update customer records, requesting required documents (RG, CPF, and phone number) for credit analysis and approval per current Credit Policy. * For existing HTN Cardholders, offer PCJ services and other plans \* * Collect purchase amounts in cash, verifying banknote authenticity; when accepting HTN cards, request identification documents. * Visually inspect products (model, size, color, stitching, quantity purchased, etc.) to prevent future exchanges and complaints. * Always gift-wrap items upon customer request, following established internal guidelines. Responsible for handling cash, operating equipment, and restocking cashier support items (meat wrappers, shopping bags, receipt rolls, gift wrap paper, etc.) * Assist with ad-hoc tasks across the unit, maintaining a clean and organized workstation. * Support other store departments—including inventory, visual merchandising (VM), and restocking (multifunctional role). Requirements and Qualifications Prior experience in this role is preferred. Basic computer skills and typing proficiency.
