Supports quality control in the production process A textile factory is seeking a Balanceiro professional in Capivari (Nova Capi). **Responsibilities:** Distribute pieces or production batches among seamstresses or departments. Control the quantity of pieces produced at each stage. Monitor production targets and deadlines. Identify bottlenecks and redistribute tasks as necessary. Verify technical sheets and production orders. Record piece entries and exits in spreadsheets or systems. Support quality control during the production process. Previous experience as a Balance Analyst, Balance Technician, Balance Specialist, or Balance Coordinator may indicate familiarity with some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
