





Responsible for sourcing and validating subcontractors that outsource productive services. **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Supplier Identification:** Identify suppliers capable of delivering services meeting required quality and quantity standards, complying with specifications and necessary documentation and certificates. * **Supplier Evaluation and Qualification:** Ensure suppliers consistently meet quality standards—particularly regarding compliance and traceability criteria per company standards—through continuous evaluation and feedback. Verify that subcontractors possess all required documentation and are compliant with their legal obligations. * **Contract Negotiation:** Secure advantageous contracts guaranteeing competitive pricing, reliable delivery timelines, and favorable terms in accordance with established prerequisites. * **Monitoring and Performance:** Track quality and efficiency indicators of supplied products to prevent deviations. Monitor subcontractors’ compliance with legal obligations. * **Risk Management and Compliance:** Ensure suppliers adhere to applicable regulations and internally defined standards. * **Internal Collaboration:** Align sourcing activities with production and quality department requirements, ensuring services comply with company standards. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** * **Empathy:** Ability to understand others’ needs and perspectives; build positive, collaborative relationships. * **Communication:** Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, adapting communication to the target audience.
