As a **Fleet Assistant**, you will be responsible for placing purchase orders and entering invoices and pre\-invoices into the system, managing inventory adjustments, and analyzing system inconsistencies. You will also manage tires. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** **We count on you to:** * Provide support to drivers; * Manage tire inventory; * Perform manual tire pressure and tread depth measurements; * Enter tire inspection records into the tire management system; * Adjust inventory levels; * Verify functionality/tests of the unit’s tire pressure gauges; * Cover shifts for fuel station attendants during their vacations; * Review and request corrections, if necessary, for fuel supply invoices; * Enter invoices and pre\-invoices; * Enter and maintain up-to-date records in the Diesel Management System; * Verify fuel tank drainage via the system; * Conduct monthly fuel pump calibration verification; * Report non-conformities related to fueling equipment (tanks, filters, pumps); * Support the Environmental Policy under SASSMAQ; * Comply with company standards, processes, and policies; * Maintain workplace cleanliness, proper handling of materials and equipment, and * confidentiality of information; ### **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Completed High School education, * Preferred: Currently pursuing a college degree in related fields, * Basic computer skills (Word); **It would be a plus if you have:** * Experience with trucks and semi\-trailers. * Experience in fuel supply and inventory control. ### **Benefits** * Amil Health and Dental Plan (extended to family members, with co-payment); * Food allowance and/or meal voucher worth R$660.00; * On-site parking and transportation allowance (if required); * VT Bike (incentive program for using bicycles for commuting between home–work–home); * “Happily Ever After” Program (cash benefit and dedicated support structure for employees who get married during their employment period); **Good luck with your application!** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
