Teamwork and proactive environmental conservation. **Job Description:** Perform burials in niches by removing the niche lid, placing the urn, sealing the fiber box lid, and closing the niche, using required structural equipment (vacuum lifters, ladders, forklifts, glue pumps, etc.); Perform burials in tombs by preparing the burial area with necessary structures (awnings, chairs, descenders), removing grass and soil, and opening the tomb using required structural equipment (shovels, spades, wheelbarrows, etc.); Maintain gardens by assessing needs and carrying out plant replacement and/or restoration, mulching, mowing, cleaning, and irrigation, as well as landscaping, painting of planters and curbs, to keep areas organized and well-maintained; Clean common areas—including walkways and gardens—using specialized equipment (brooms, leaf blowers, rakes, pressure washers, etc.); Maintain niches and plaques by cleaning, reattaching, or performing other necessary tasks to preserve their condition; Prune trees using specialized pruning tools (electric pruners, shears, etc.) and structural equipment (ladders, scaffolds) and safety gear, on an occasional basis; Install fiber boxes by connecting gas exchange ducts and placing them into niches to prepare compartments for burials; Transport urns within the cemetery premises using stainless-steel carts; Ensure cleanliness and preservation of equipment and storage areas, washing and storing equipment after use, and cleaning and organizing warehouses where equipment is stored; Assess the state of body decomposition to determine feasibility of exhumation; Perform exhumations by collecting human remains from inside niches, placing them in urns for removal, and extracting remains from urns to release niches for reuse and/or comply with higher-level directives; Properly dispose of exhumation remains by placing them in designated waste storage locations.
