Our client, a landscaping company based in Porto Belo, SC, is seeking professionals for the Operational Supervisor role who pursue continuous professional development. **Responsibilities:** Develop and monitor maintenance and project implementation schedules for landscape projects. Assign teams and resources (materials, tools, vehicles) according to daily and weekly demands. Monitor input usage (fertilizers, pesticides, seedlings, etc.) and ensure equipment maintenance. Ensure deadlines are met and established quality standards are maintained. Team Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate gardening, pruning, and auxiliary teams. Guide team members on proper planting, pruning, irrigation, and maintenance techniques. Monitor team performance, evaluating productivity and behavior. Ensure appropriate use of PPE and compliance with occupational safety regulations. Technical and Administrative Support: Knowledge applicable to soil correction, optimal fertilizers, best planting methods, and ideal plant species for specific garden types.
