With a team of over 200 professionals serving more than 2.500 clients, and a consolidated presence across multiple Brazilian states, SRM achieves an annual transaction volume exceeding R$ 7 billion. **About the Role** We are looking for a **Java Tech Lead** to serve as the team's technical reference, supporting architectural decisions, ensuring best practices, and accelerating the delivery of scalable solutions. This is a *hands-on* role focused on engineering, technical guidance, and collaboration with product teams. **Responsibilities** * Lead technical decisions and support the design of scalable solutions. * Develop and review code using the team's technology stack. * Ensure engineering standards: * SOLID * Clean Code * Clean Architecture * Automated testing * CI/CD \- Participate in architecture discussions (microservices, events, integrations). * Mentor developers and elevate the team's technical level. * Act as a technical facilitator in agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, estimation, and technical breakdown). * Collaborate with Product, QA, and SRE/DevOps teams for efficient and high-quality delivery. **Requirements** * Strong prior experience as a software developer. * Proficiency in at least one modern stack (backend or fullstack). * Experience with: * Building and consuming APIs * Microservices architecture * Data modeling and access (SQL and/or NoSQL) * AWS \- Practical experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban). * Clear technical communication and mentoring ability. **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience in fintechs or the financial industry. * Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (Angular or React), where applicable. * Messaging/event systems (Kafka, SQS, SNS). * Observability (structured logs, metrics, dashboards). * Experience with large-scale distributed architectures. **Employment Model** * CLT \- Hybrid model, 3 days per week onsite near Luz Station \- SP. **Benefits** * Bonus (Profit Sharing). * Hybrid work model; * Relaxed and innovative environment; * Opportunity to work on challenging and high-impact projects.
