With a team of over 200 employees serving more than 2\.500 clients, and a consolidated presence across multiple Brazilian states, SRM achieves an annual transaction volume exceeding R$ 7 billion. **ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY** We are looking for a **Software Quality Coordinator** to lead a QA team and serve as an agent of transformation, ensuring that quality practices are embedded from the early stages of development and that automation is an essential part of the process. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead, motivate, and develop the QA team, promoting engagement and technical growth. * Conduct follow-up meetings, career planning sessions, and continuous feedback. * Define quality strategies aligned with the Shift Left Testing concept. * Integrate testing practices from product conception, participating in meetings such as Three Amigos (PO, Dev, QA). * Ensure test automation in CI/CD pipelines. * Establish quality metrics and indicators to monitor outcomes. * Act as a quality culture evangelist among stakeholders. * Implement continuous improvement processes and test optimization. * Identify and mitigate risks that could impact software quality. **REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience leading technical teams. * Solid knowledge of automated testing (UI, API, integration). * Familiarity with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). * Strong communication and influencing skills. * Strategic vision and ability to drive cultural change. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Knowledge of capital markets and credit sectors. * Experience with static code analysis (SonarQube). * Knowledge of performance and security testing. * Participation in agile transformation projects. **EMPLOYMENT TYPE** * CLT **BENEFITS** * Market-competitive salary \+ Annual PPR; * Transportation Benefit via SWILE flexible card; * Meal Benefit via SWILE flexible card; * Bradesco Health Insurance; * Bradesco Dental Insurance — Essential Plus Plan; * TotalPass for physical activities.
