With a team of over 200 professionals serving more than 2.500 clients across multiple Brazilian states, SRM manages annual transaction volumes exceeding BRL 7 billion. **About the Opportunity** We are looking for a **Senior SRE Analyst** to join our team and focus on **infrastructure maintenance and evolution (on-premises and cloud)**, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This professional will be essential in guaranteeing operational continuity and supporting business and infrastructure teams in critical environments. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and optimize cloud and on-premises infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. * Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using Datadog. * Collaborate with development teams to implement DevOps and SRE practices. * Administer AWS cloud environments, ensuring security and efficiency. * Develop and maintain pipelines and scripts in Bash, Python, or PowerShell for task automation and infrastructure management. * Apply FinOps practices to optimize costs and operational efficiency. * Document processes, procedures, and best practices for infrastructure management (networks, backup, capacity). * Participate in defining and implementing governance and compliance policies. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an SRE or in similar roles. * Experience applying AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to SRE tasks—including script and IaC generation. * Automation of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, ArgoCD, Terraform) and infrastructure-as-code (IaC). * Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, ECS. * Solid expertise in Kubernetes and EKS cluster administration. * Experience administering middleware servers (IIS) and Linux environments (Apache, MongoDB, SQL, DocumentDB). * Familiarity with monitoring tools, especially Datadog. * Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or PowerShell. * Knowledge of FinOps and best practices for cloud cost management. * Ability to collaborate effectively in agile and dynamic environments. * Excellent communication and documentation skills. * Programming language knowledge (Java, .NET, or similar); * Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure integration; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in high-availability, mission-critical financial environments; * Knowledge of information security and governance practices; * Hands-on experience with orchestration and monitoring tools. **Work Model:** On-site (near Bom Retiro and Luz Station, Yellow Line metro). **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary + annual PPR; * Commuter allowance via flexible SWILE card; * Meal allowance via flexible SWILE card; * Bradesco Health Insurance; * Bradesco Dental Insurance — Essential Plus Plan; * TotalPass for physical activities; Life Insurance; * Birthday Day Off.
