Responsible for conducting quotations, negotiations, comparative analyses, and order and supplier follow-up. Also prepare controls and reports, collaborate with partner departments, and contribute to process standardization, procurement traceability, and continuous improvement of supply routines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute procurement processes for materials, services, and contracts of the concessionaire, ensuring internal demand fulfillment with quality, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. * Conduct quotations, comparative analyses, supplier negotiations, and issuance/follow-up of orders and contracts. * Monitor delivery timelines, document compliance, supplier performance, and any pending issues in the supply process. * Collaborate with requesting departments, warehouse, controllership, and finance to align scopes, specifications, and schedules. * Support technical/commercial equalization processes, supplier registration, and contract management under the department’s responsibility. * Update spreadsheets, KPIs, reports, and procurement and savings tracking databases, where applicable. * Contribute to process standardization, procurement traceability, and continuous improvement of supply routines. * Support critical material management and urgent operational demands. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in procurement, supply chain, supplier negotiation, or contract management. * Knowledge of procurement processes, quotations, equalization, delivery timelines, and document control. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and negotiation proficiency. * Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ERP/SAP and supply chain tools is desirable. * Strong communication skills and ability to interface with technical departments and suppliers. * Proactive profile, results-oriented, and process-disciplined. * Experience in infrastructure, sanitation, utilities, or decentralized operations is desirable. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); The **VITA Sertão** is the sanitation concessionaire established to drive development in the Sertão region of Pernambuco.
