Job Summary: Responsible for planning and physical-financial control of projects, construction works, and investments, monitoring schedules, deadline, cost, and progress indicators, and preparing reports. Key Highlights: 1. Support physical and financial planning and control of projects and construction works. 2. Develop and update schedules, progress curves, and control milestones. 3. Contribute to standardizing control routines and continuous improvement. Perform planning and physical\-financial control of projects, construction works, and investments, tracking schedules, deadline, cost, and progress indicators. Responsible for consolidating information, monitoring deviations, and supporting activity replanning. Also prepare reports and dashboards, collaborate with partner departments, and contribute to improving predictability and efficiency of projects. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support physical and financial planning and control of the concessionaire's projects, construction works, and investments. * Develop and update schedules, progress curves, control milestones, and monitoring baselines for implementation fronts. * Consolidate engineering, construction, procurement, measurement, and controller data for managerial reporting within the area. * Monitor deadline, cost, physical progress, disbursement, and productivity indicators, identifying deviations and risks. * Support activity replanning, updating assumptions, and structuring corrective action plans. * Collaborate with project, construction, procurement, operations, and controller teams to align information and priorities. * Prepare presentations, dashboards, and executive reports on investment front performance. * Contribute to standardizing control routines and improving project predictability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Production Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in project, construction, CAPEX, or infrastructure implementation planning and control. * Knowledge of scheduling, physical-financial control, indicators, deviation analysis, and managerial reporting. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and integrated understanding of the implementation process. * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with MS Project, Power BI, SAP, or similar tools is desirable. * Strong communication skills and ability to interface effectively with multiple departments. * Structured profile, focused on control and continuous improvement. * Experience in sanitation, concessions, or infrastructure is desirable. * Availability for on-site work in Petrolina/PE. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); **VITA Sertão** is the sanitation concessionaire established to drive development in the Sertão region of Pernambuco.
