Job Summary: Lead the structuring, implementation, and strategic management of investment funds, with a focus on the operational management of FIDCs. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor liquidity ratios and portfolio compliance **Your Mission:** You will lead the structuring, implementation, and strategic management of our investment funds. The primary focus will be the operational management of 2 proprietary FIDCs. **Your Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the relationship with fund service providers (Administrators, Custodians, Managers, Rating Agencies, and Legal Consultants); * Monitor liquidity ratios, portfolio compliance, subordination ratios, and covenants; * Lead the end\-to\-end structuring process for new FIDCs; * Collaborate with Treasury and Accounts Payable to optimize supply chain financing advance flows; * Develop performance reports for senior management featuring pilot-specific KPIs. **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Solid experience in FIDC structuring and operations; * Understanding of credit instruments (Trade Receivables, Promissory Notes, Commercial Papers). **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Experience with Retail/Consignment products; * Financial certifications (CPA\-20, CEA, CGA, or CFA). **What We Offer:** ️ Meal and Food Allowance Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Annual Variable Bonus Life Insurance
