Job Summary: Responsible for financial planning, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and business planning, as well as developing financial projections, scenarios, and economic-financial performance analyses for the company. Key Highlights: 1. Financial planning and performance analysis. 2. Development of financial projections, scenarios, and models. 3. Creation of reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Responsible for financial planning, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and business planning, as well as developing financial projections, scenarios, and economic\-financial performance analyses. Will consolidate information, monitor key performance indicators, and support tracking of financial targets and commitments. Will also develop reports and dashboards, support feasibility studies, and collaborate with partner departments to enhance predictability and quality of corporate planning. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in the concessionaire's financial planning process, supporting budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and performance analysis. * Develop projections, scenarios, financial models, and variance analyses for revenues, costs, expenses, CAPEX, and financial KPIs. * Consolidate data from various departments to produce management reports and executive materials supporting decision-making. * Monitor the company’s economic\-financial performance and support tracking of financial targets, covenants, and commitments, where applicable. * Support feasibility, payback, sensitivity, and investment prioritization studies. * Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and Operations to align assumptions and data. * Develop and improve analytical frameworks, dashboards, and reporting routines for the department. * Contribute to improved financial predictability and higher-quality corporate planning. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience in FP\&A, financial planning, budgeting, financial modeling, or performance analysis. * Knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, projections, and feasibility analysis. * Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI, SAP, and financial modeling experience are desirable. * Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesize information into executive-level materials. * Critical thinking, organized approach, and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. * Experience in sanitation, infrastructure, concessions, or capital-intensive companies is desirable. * Willingness to work on-site in Petrolina/PE. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); **VITA Sertão** is the sanitation concessionaire established to drive development in the Sertão region of Pernambuco.
