The Central Bank Private Pension Foundation – Centrus is seeking a Financial Control Analyst to perform operational and financial routines, manage investments, and contribute to process automation.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

The Central Bank Private Pension Foundation \- Centrus is seeking a Financial Control Analyst to perform operational, financial, and other processes related to investment control and administrative\-financial management, contributing to process automation.
**Responsibilities**
* Execute financial back-office routines, including position reconciliation, trade settlement, cash control, support for daily and monthly closing processes, and report generation.
* Support reconciliation and integration between internal and external systems (custodians, administrators, fund managers, and banks).
* Automate operational and administrative processes by developing Python scripts and Power Automate workflows—or using other tools—for data collection, transformation, and transmission.
* Participate in the area’s technological evolution by proposing and implementing process improvements and automations.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Systems Analysis, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
* Knowledge of investment products, as well as asset and investment portfolio performance analysis;
* Familiarity with operational routines related to custody, trade settlement, reconciliation, and cash flow management;
* Advanced proficiency in Excel;
* Interest in applying programming to develop automation routines for
* processes; and
* Professional experience in related activities.
**Desirable**
* Practical knowledge of programming tools and languages applied to task automation, system integration, and data reconciliation—such as Python, Power Automate, and JavaScript;
* Ability to design, test, and document automated routines for reconciliation, closing, and report generation;
* Prior experience in financial back-office routines (pension funds, asset management, treasury, controllership, or related areas); and
* Knowledge of major investment fund and pension fund systems and routines.
