**Description:**
The Fiduciary Administration comprises a set of services directly or indirectly related to the operation and maintenance of Investment Funds; the Fiduciary Administrator must carry out such activities in accordance with the provisions of this Code and applicable regulations.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Establishment, administration, operation, and disclosure of information regarding Funds;
* Preparation of all documents related to Funds, observing, during preparation, the regulations applicable to each type of Investment Fund;
* Supervision of rules, procedures, and controls for risk management implemented by the Asset Manager;
* Supervision of investment limits for Fund portfolios;
* Supervision of third-party contractors;
* Execution of share validation;
* Opening of current accounts and clearing accounts
+ Formalization and control of Fund offerings
+ Routine maintenance and registration of Funds with CVM and ANBIMA
+ Management-level control of Fund transactions
Differentiators:
Certifications: (CPA 20, CEA, CGA, CGE, etc...)
**Prerequisites:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields;
* Knowledge of the field;
* Familiarity with regulatory bodies (CVM, ANBIMA, Central Bank of Brazil, etc.);
* Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency (Excel preferred).
**Additional Assets:**
* Certifications (CPA-20, PQO, CFA, etc.);
* Knowledge of share validation;
* Industry-specific software, e.g., Galgo, Sinqia, Vadu.
