Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring and inspecting infrastructure construction projects in the field, ensuring compliance with designs, standards, safety, and environmental requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor and supervise linear construction projects and infrastructure interventions. 2. Control work fronts, productivity, and measurements. 3. Contribute to the technical and documentary traceability of construction projects. Responsible for monitoring and inspecting infrastructure construction projects in the field, ensuring service compliance with designs, technical standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations. Manages work fronts, measurements, records, and physical progress of activities, supports identification of deviations, and interfaces with internal and contracted teams. Contributes to quality, organization, and traceability of executed construction works. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and inspect the execution of the concessionaire's linear construction projects and infrastructure interventions in the field. * Verify service compliance with designs, specifications, procedures, technical standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations. * Control work fronts, productivity, measurements, photographic records, tests, and evidence of execution. * Support identification of interferences, field deviations, adjustment needs, and coordination with contracted parties and internal teams. * Monitor activities including excavation, pipeline installation, interconnections, pavement restoration, and commissioning. * Prepare inspection reports, checklists, observations, and physical progress controls. * Collaborate with engineering, planning, safety, quality, and operations teams to ensure smooth and high-quality implementation. * Contribute to the technical and documentary traceability of construction projects under responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical course in Building Construction, Sanitation, Highways, Construction, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in supervision and monitoring of linear construction projects or urban infrastructure. * Knowledge of design reading, measurements, field control, and best construction practices. * Familiarity with occupational safety, environmental, and quality principles applicable to construction. * Ability to work on-site, organize tasks, and communicate effectively with teams and contractors. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with field applications and construction management tools is desirable. * Willingness to travel between work fronts and municipalities served. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) is desirable. * Availability for on-site work in Petrolina/PE. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); **VITA Sertão** is the sanitation concessionaire established to drive development in the Sertão region of Pernambuco.
