Led by entrepreneur Alexandre Allard and designed by architect Jean Nouvel and artistic director Philippe Starck, the project emphasizes sustainability and preservation of Brazil’s cultural heritage. Our property features 151 guest rooms and 122 owner residences, situated within a vertical park designed by Nouvel. Two restaurants—including one on a terrace overlooking the hotel’s lush gardens—are complemented by a bar and lounge. Recreational facilities include two swimming pools (a rooftop pool and another nestled among landscaped gardens). In 2023, our facilities were expanded to now include a spacious spa with six treatment rooms. The hotel also offers multiple event and meeting spaces totaling 100\.000m². For special occasions, we provide an on-site wedding chapel located within the Rosewood São Paulo grounds. The chapel itself is a historic building that retains its original architecture, enhanced by a newly commissioned stained-glass window.
