Bourbon Gastronomia is seeking a Waiter to join the team at Bourbon Convention Hotel Santos. Join the team that values excellence in service, offering menus from the world's most renowned cuisines. RESPONSIBILITIES: Based on general guidelines and objectives defined by the Immediate Manager, this role is responsible for delighting guests by creating memorable experiences through exceptional service standards. Check beverage stock levels, refrigerators, wine cellar, and bar as needed, following established procedures, and support inventory management of materials jointly with the Immediate Manager and Finance Department. Adhere to hotel service standards and stay updated on menu items and procedures; follow hygiene and food safety practices. Follow safety procedures when handling equipment to ensure service quality and safety. Maintain knowledge of standards and procedures relevant to the Food & Beverage (F&B) department (restaurant and bar), ensuring their implementation by participating in training programs offered by the Bourbon chain and the property. Perform cleaning and storage of equipment, utensils, and food items according to established standards, and arrange for or perform polishing of used equipment. Prepare the restaurant for service. Be courteous and efficient. Take food and beverage orders, and conduct suggestive selling of menu items considering guest preferences. Achieve average cover charge and customer satisfaction indicators. Exceed expectations and foster guest loyalty, adhering to Bourbon Gastronomia’s general policies.
