You will be responsible for executing activities, projects, and programs within the Training and Development area, aiming to meet organizational needs while ensuring compliance with Quality Management System requirements. Your role plays a crucial part in our business success. In this position, you will report to the Training & Development Coordinator. This role is 100% on-site and located in Sorocaba/SP, with occasional travel planned in advance. The team you’ll join You will join a dedicated Training & Development team focused on developing people and leaders through strategic learning solutions, strengthening critical business competencies, promoting performance, safety, innovation, and sustainability, and supporting the execution of Metso’s strategy. Currently, we are implementing various people development programs and projects across Brazil. We collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Metso employees and leadership, as well as various service providers related to training and people development. What you’ll do Develop, deliver, and manage internal and external training programs, including identifying training needs in partnership with business units, verifying availability of human, technical, and infrastructure resources required for implementation. Manage documentation, budget, and KPIs for the area, and prepare statistical reports to provide management with detailed insights. Design and implement various people development programs and projects across Brazil, such as Apprenticeship, Internship, Integra, Onboarding, Employee Engagement Survey, Annual Training Program, and others, ensuring high-quality execution and full compliance with company standards and procedures. Support the team in other programs and projects. Who you are Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields Solid experience in HR Training and Development, especially in delivering training sessions and workshops, as well as people development programs. Intermediate Office suite proficiency. Knowledge of HR tools such as SuccessFactors and Join is a plus.
