Together, Make the Place. **THE TEAM:** You will join the Engineering team, responsible for ensuring the full functionality of the hotel’s facilities and equipment, contributing to preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as providing technical support to operations. This department directly impacts service quality, safety, and efficiency—making it essential to the guest and employee experience. **HOW YOU WILL MAKE THE PLACE HAPPEN:** As an Engineering Intern, you will support departmental activities, contributing to the organization, control, and execution of technical routines. Your key responsibilities include: * Assist in the development and execution of engineering projects; * Complete spreadsheets with information relevant to the department; * Assist in organizing the Engineering department’s schedules; * Support general departmental routines, observing management and maintenance operators. YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON IF… * You are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, starting from the second semester, in an engineering-related field. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong communication skills, interpersonal relationship abilities, proactivity, and dynamism. * Availability to work morning shifts. * English communication skills are a plus.
