




Job Summary: This professional will assist in procurement activities, support inventory organization, monitor construction projects and renovations, and provide assistance in managing service providers at the hotel. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the procurement process and material tracking 2. Support inventory control and organization of materials 3. Monitor execution of construction projects and renovations at the hotel * Assist in material procurement, including obtaining quotations, comparative analysis, and order follow-up; * Support control and organization of construction and maintenance material inventory; * Monitor execution of construction projects and renovations within the hotel premises; * Support development and updating of construction schedules; * Monitor and support management of service providers, verifying deadlines, quality, and task completion; * Assist in preparing construction progress reports (status, measurements, progress, and pending items); * Conduct photographic documentation and field activity progress tracking; * Support identification of maintenance needs and improvements in hotel areas. * Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Basic knowledge of planning tools (MS Project); * Prior experience (even academic) with construction projects or renovations.
