Job Summary: The professional will assist administrative and commercial teams by managing daily tasks, finances, procurement, and travel, as well as providing HR/DP support. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to engage in problem-solving. **Responsibilities:** Support administrative/commercial departments in daily activities, such as making and receiving calls, entering proposals and information into the system, purchase orders, invoices, expense tracking, and cash flow assistance. Budget analysis and submission, documentation handling, HR/DP support; procurement of administrative and other departmental supplies; support to senior management regarding quotations, negotiations, and planning of air, bus, and hotel accommodation bookings when required. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, or related fields. Proficiency in computer applications, familiarity with integrated systems, and intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Driver's license category B and intermediate English (preferred). Experience in administrative routines, accounts payable/receivable, cash flow management, invoice analysis, procurement assistance, corporate credit card and meal voucher control, car rentals, air/bus ticket purchasing and scheduling, and overall travel organization, with a focus on problem-solving.
