Hands-On at Ipiranga

You will spend 4 hours dedicated to our branches, learning about our customers, inventory, or operations. All partners and high-potential employees will have the opportunity to dive headfirst into operations, gaining firsthand knowledge of the practices and challenges that define our company. This is an opportunity to roll up your sleeves and participate directly in our operations while engaging with our customers. Why did we create this initiative? • Strengthening Our Culture: Being close to operations means aligning with the values that drive us. This experience will reinforce our culture of proximity, collaboration, and excellence. • Continuous Improvement: Being on the front lines goes beyond theoretical learning—it’s a direct path to improving our work. You’ll see how small strategic adjustments can yield significant impacts on execution! • Innovation in Action: What you discover on the ground will inspire innovative solutions to the challenges we face. Don’t underestimate the power of being immersed daily—hands-on! General Rules • When? On a Saturday dedicated to learning and operational immersion. Your participation must be scheduled. • Who Participates? All partners and corporate high-potential talents. • How Often Should You Participate? We strongly recommend completing the program once per quarter. Within each semester (1st and 2nd), you must participate at least once. Visits conducted in one semester do not count toward the other. What Should You Do at the Branch? • You must be present at the branch during the scheduled time: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM. • Attend the morning briefing (start of shift). • Introduce yourself by stating your name and department. • Immerse yourself in one of the branch areas designated jointly with the Branch Manager (CM): – Front – Inventory – Operations • At the end of the visit, complete a feedback form: https://share.hsforms.com/17lp7KM2kQiO27RLuEDAmAgs8wty • Use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). • Participation is mandatory for all.
