Join our team! **\#VIBRA \#SOMOSNAT** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Oversee loading and unloading operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and animal welfare; * Monitor carrier and driver performance (scheduling, losses, mortality, damage); * Manage incident resolution; * Control and validate transportation documents (NF-e, CT-e, GTA); * Arrange spot freight contracts; * Analyze and monitor cargo scheduling; * Ensure compliance with sanitary requirements and internal standards; * Collaborate with production, quality, animal health, and operational units; * Analyze logistics KPIs; * Conduct and participate in training sessions for carriers and drivers; * Propose continuous process improvements and operational cost reductions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in transportation/logistics; * Knowledge of freight management; * Proficiency in Excel (basic/intermediate).
