Job Opportunity: Logistics Supervisor Department: Logistics Location: São Paulo **About the Role** We are looking for a strategic and results\-driven Logistics Supervisor to lead equipment and logistics network performance across Brazil. In this role, you will go beyond traditional logistics management — acting as a key driver of network efficiency, asset optimization, and operational excellence within a globally integrated organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring the right equipment is in the right place at the right time, while balancing cost, service levels, and operational constraints across maritime and inland logistics flows. Drive Network Optimization Manage container lifecycle and optimize fleet utilization across trade lanes Anticipate imbalances and lead empty equipment repositioning strategies Align equipment availability with commercial and operational priorities Lead Operations Excellence Oversee equipment operations, including depots, M\&R (Maintenance \& Repair), and intermodal flows Ensure high performance across ports, terminals, and logistics partners Implement governance routines to drive consistency and accountability Leverage Data \& Performance Insights Monitor and improve KPIs such as availability, turnaround time, and cost efficiency Use data analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Translate insights into actionable strategies Manage Strategic Partnerships Develop and manage relationships with logistics providers and service partners Negotiate service levels and ensure performance delivery Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders Drive Continuous Improvement Lead transformation initiatives, including digitalization and process optimization Implement best practices aligned with global standards Promote innovation in logistics visibility and asset tracking Requirements: ✔ Strong experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation ✔ Background in container logistics, shipping, or intermodal operations is a plus ✔ Proven leadership in managing teams and external partners ✔ Analytical mindset with strong problem\-solving skills ✔ Ability to operate in a fast\-paced, global environment ✔ Fluent in English Function: Countries \& Business Development
