




We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work at our Parts Distribution Center. This professional will be responsible for supporting all physical and fiscal receiving routines, focusing on product verification, invoice entry in SAP, document checking, and interfacing with logistics and tax departments. Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and duties** * Receive, verify, and dispatch materials according to orders and invoices; * Support **crossdocking operations**, ensuring correct sorting and routing of cargo; * Control material entries and exits in the system (ERP); * Interface with carriers and drivers for scheduling and release of pickups; * Support the logistics team in monitoring deliveries and returns; * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety of the shipping area; * Monitor performance indicators and contribute improvement suggestions **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma (technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration or related fields is desirable); * Knowledge and experience in goods receipt and inspection processes; * Experience with SAP system (MM module – desirable); * Understanding of fiscal documentation (invoice, CFOP, ICMS, DANFE); * Familiarity with Distribution Center or logistics warehouse environments; * Previous experience in goods receiving in retail, industry or wholesale; * Knowledge in damage control and returns; * Experience with WMS. **Additional information** * Transportation allowance or Mobility Assistance; * Medical Plan - Unimed; * Dental Plan - Bradesco; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance (for mothers); * Maternity Kit; * Total Pass. * On-site Restaurant Armac is a national reference in providing specialized and complex services, equipment leasing, and sales of used machinery.
