**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Generate management reports using tax systems to inform and support managerial decision-making;
* Monitor, guide, and correct, when necessary, fiscal bookkeeping processes carried out by other analysts in the area, to ensure adherence to deadlines and data consistency.
* Verify and correct values posted in tax ledgers using reports extracted from systems, to ensure accurate information.
* Verify and validate the submission process of ancillary obligations using reports and provisions of tax legislation, to ensure timely payment amounts, deadlines, and other requirements—thereby preventing liabilities for the Group.
* Consult current tax legislation and related updates via official websites to meet requirements in the Group’s fiscal bookkeeping processes.
* Perform ICMS and ICMS Substitution Tax activities, including monitoring legislative changes, calculations, assessments, and payments.
* Resolve questions raised by our customers and suppliers regarding tax calculations, and provide legal foundations for requested operations.
* Respond to and advise auditors via email, telephone, in-person meetings, and data extracted from tax systems, to validate information provided by accounting.
* Develop, monitor, guide, and review projects related to the Fiscal Bookkeeping area, using tax legislation provisions as reference parameters, to implement process improvements and optimize outcomes.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related finance fields;
* SAP knowledge is desirable;
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency;
* Experience validating input and output tax ledgers;
* Experience analyzing and submitting ancillary obligations and performing tax assessments;

**Work Model:** Hybrid (4 days per week onsite)
