





**Job Description:** Plan, coordinate and control all activities related to the acquisition of materials, supplies, equipment and services required for the execution of construction projects and company operations, ensuring **efficiency, quality, cost\-effectiveness and compliance with deadlines and technical standards required**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop the **strategic procurement planning**, defining policies, goals and performance indicators for the area; * Manage the **team of buyers and supply assistants**, ensuring training and high performance; * Conduct **negotiations for large\-scale contracts**, securing the best commercial terms and delivery schedules; * Establish and maintain **strategic relationships with suppliers and service providers**, seeking innovation and reliability; * Ensure the **standardization of materials and services**, aligned with project demands and the company's quality policy; * Monitor **quotation processes, purchase orders, contracts and deliveries**, ensuring compliance with project timelines; * Collaborate closely with **Engineering, Planning, Production and Finance departments**, promoting integration and budgetary control; * Periodically evaluate **performance indicators (KPIs)** such as cost savings, lead time, stockouts and service levels; * Implement **digital systems and processes** (ERP, BI or integrated spreadsheets) to enhance department efficiency; * Ensure **compliance in procurement**, avoiding conflicts of interest and guaranteeing transparency in acquisitions. **Education Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related fields**; * Preferred **Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Business Logistics or Strategic Management**. **Professional Experience:** * At least **2 years in a leadership or coordination role**, preferably within companies in the **civil construction, infrastructure or heavy construction sectors**; * Experience in **strategic negotiations and management of large\-scale contracts**; * Experience with **ERP systems (such as TOTVS, Sienge, Mega, SAP)** will be considered an advantage. **Required Skills:** * Advanced **negotiation and contract management techniques**; * **Supplier management, logistics and supply chain**; * Budgetary control and **cost analysis**; * Reading and **interpretation of engineering designs** for material specifications; * **Advanced Office Suite**, with focus on Excel and Power BI. **Benefits** * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Pharmacy discount program * Salary advance * Cafeteria * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Breakfast provided * Incentive program * Birthday voucher **Work Location** Estrada Amadeu Rocha Rodrigues, Iporanga, 34, Sorocaba \- São Paulo, 18087\-120, Brazil Employment type: Full\-time, Permanent CLT Salary: from BRL 13\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Food basket * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Screening questions: * Do you have experience in purchasing for civil construction and construction projects?
