With courage and dedication, we have established ourselves in the transportation sector and today have expanded our operations, creating diverse solutions across Brazil through the 6 companies that make up our Group, positioning us as one of the best and largest logistics groups in the country and a reference in the industry. **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage direct and indirect procurement processes, ensuring continuous supply and compliance with quality, delivery time, and cost standards; * Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with budget planning and operational demands; * Conduct strategic negotiations with suppliers, evaluating performance, contracts, and cost reduction opportunities; * Establish internal policies, procedures, and controls for the area, ensuring compliance and governance; * Lead the Procurement team, promoting technical development and process efficiency; * Support planning and control of materials, services, and high-volume, high-impact contracts; * Prepare management reports and performance indicators for the area (KPIs related to cost, delivery time, service level, and quality). **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Proven experience in managing direct and indirect procurement, preferably in service, transportation, or logistics companies; * Experience in contract management, supplier qualification, and medium-to-large-scale negotiations; * Knowledge of procurement management tools and systems (ERP, Power BI, advanced Excel); * Analytical profile, results-oriented, with strategic business vision. **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related areas; * Experience implementing departmental policies and performance indicators. **Additional information** * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Gympass; * Medical insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance.
