Development of domestic and international suppliers About the Position: We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to work for a medium-sized national company operating in the Automotive Industry and Pet Products sectors, recognized for product quality, innovation focus, and strong presence in the domestic market, headquartered in Campinas/SP. This professional will be responsible for coordinating procurement operations, leading the team, and ensuring efficiency in processes, strategic negotiations, and development of domestic and international suppliers. Requirements · Proven experience in Procurement Coordination within structured corporate environments. Experience in procurement of materials and services, both domestic and international. Strong strategic negotiation and contract management capabilities. · Demonstrated experience in people management and team development. · Experience in defining and managing procurement KPIs. · Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA is desirable. · Advanced or fluent English (required for negotiations and relationships with international suppliers).
