Key responsibilities: • Coordinate, plan, and supervise vehicle weighing operations on highways, ensuring quality and achievement of targets. • Manage operational teams distributed across multiple shifts and locations, including scheduling, shift coverage, and monitoring of individual and collective performance. • Administer the fleet of operational vehicles, ensuring availability, preventive and corrective maintenance, and usage control. • Control and approve operational expenses, ensuring compliance with budget and internal policies. • Monitor productivity, safety, and quality indicators, proposing continuous improvements. • Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and applicable legislation for highway operations. • Maintain constant communication with senior management and contracting authorities, preparing reports and presentations of results. • Coordinate training and capacity-building initiatives for the team, pursuing operational excellence and professional development. • Address conflicts and operational issues, ensuring continuity and effectiveness of activities. • Prepare and present monthly measurement reports to meet contractual requirements. Requirements: • Professional experience in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. • Proven experience managing large-scale teams. • Experience in logistics operations, transportation, or inspection is a plus. • Proficiency in fleet management and expense control. • Proficiency in management tools and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Willingness to travel and work onsite when required. • Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and capacity for decision-making under pressure.
