Master Producer for Convention (2,000 attendees) We are seeking a senior Master Producer to fully lead the operation of a major convention for 2,000 attendees, lasting five days, in Paraíba. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities: * Lead the operation as the primary production contact. * Coordinate local and national suppliers, ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost control. * Manage budgets, conduct technical reviews, and negotiate prices assertively. * Anticipate risks and propose practical, efficient solutions. * Ensure operational fluidity throughout setup, event execution, and teardown. * Lead the production team, ensuring alignment, focus, and high performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory Requirements: * Proven experience managing large-scale events, preferably: POBJ, VTEX, Mercado Livre, TikTok, Vivo, and other high-complexity cases. * Proven experience working with event agencies; * Strong supplier management and negotiation skills across multiple categories (infrastructure, A&B, audiovisual, logistics, labor, transportation, security, etc.). * Advanced technical knowledge for budget analysis, rider validation, floor plan interpretation, feasibility assessment, and risk prevention. * Highly solution-oriented profile, with strong ability to make rapid, effective decisions under pressure. * Experience coordinating large teams (production, logistics, registration, operations, FOH/backstage). * Organizational skills, leadership, clear communication, and a senior-level demeanor when interacting with clients. **Additional Information** Freelance start date: December 2025 Duration: 4 months We are the agency that seamlessly blends impact, entertainment, and sales—tailored perfectly to your brand.
