Job Summary: The Maintenance Assistant provides general infrastructure support by performing preventive and corrective repairs across various areas of the condominium. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective repairs in masonry, plumbing, and painting 2. Basic carpentry/locksmithing adjustments and furniture assembly 3. Tool organization and logistical support for material loading **The Maintenance Assistant will provide general infrastructure support, performing preventive and corrective repairs throughout the entire condominium area.** **Masonry Repairs:** Minor repairs to floors, tiles, plaster, and wall finishes. **Plumbing:** Maintenance of faucets, toilets, floor drains, traps, and detection of simple leaks. **Painting:** Surface preparation (sanding/sealing) and application of paints and varnishes in indoor and outdoor environments. **Basic Carpentry/Locksmithing:** Adjustments to hinges, locks, doors, windows, and furniture assembly/disassembly. **Cleaning and Organization:** Maintaining tools in good condition and ensuring workshop and material storage areas are organized. **Logistical Support:** Assistance in loading and unloading construction materials and maintenance supplies.
