The professional will be responsible for guiding the team, monitoring processes, and ensuring compliance with security and loss prevention procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide the loss prevention team in daily routines. * Ensure compliance with security and loss prevention procedures. * Conduct patrols and inspections across store departments. * Monitor the CCTV system and report incidents. * Support inventory counts and stock controls. * Identify risks and propose improvements to reduce losses. * Prepare reports and present results to management. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics, Security, or related fields). * Prior experience in Loss Prevention, preferably with team leadership responsibilities. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with CCTV systems and inventory control. * Experience in supermarkets, wholesale stores, or large-scale retail.
