




Job Summary: Responsible for customer service, requesting and monitoring cargo pickups and deliveries, tracking goods, and providing support in shipping documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Support in shipping documentation Responsible for serving customers, receiving pickup requests from customers or service providers, initiating pickup requests, dedicated pickups, and cargo deliveries, ensuring timely customer service. Responsible for requesting pickup and delivery information from the operations department and transportation agents; tracking cargo status, informing customers about their cargo's progress, providing pickup and destination receipt information, and daily monitoring of the spreadsheet listing cargoes shipped the previous day. Responsible for providing support in issuing shipping documentation.
