**Main Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate fleet and equipment;
* Coordinate inventory control, fleet availability status, logistics, and fleet maintenance costs;
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the company’s vehicle fleet;
* Identify root causes of failures and develop solutions, prospect partners, obtain quotations, supervise yard team activities, aiming for optimal fleet performance;
* Control vehicle documentation, ensuring compliance with current legislation;
* Manage vehicle fueling, seeking to optimize operational costs;
* Prepare fleet performance reports, proposing process improvements when necessary;
* Ensure driver and vehicle safety, promoting accident prevention initiatives;
* Lead the fleet team, conducting feedback sessions, providing support, and monitoring performance.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

* Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree;
* Knowledge of vehicle maintenance;
* Leadership and team management skills preferred;
* Problem-solving ability and decision-making capability;
* Availability to work weekends and holidays on a 6x1 rotating schedule;
**Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):**

* Postgraduate degree or specialization courses in Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields;
* Intermediate English proficiency;
* Experience in medium- or large-sized companies;
* Knowledge of sustainability and green fleet practices;
* Experience implementing tracking systems, route optimization, and digital fleet management.
