Acting as support and enforcer of quality standards Job Profile: Quality Analyst **Job Objective:** Ensure technical compliance of products at all production stages, manage non-conformities, and lead continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and optimize processes. Responsibilities and Duties * **Process Monitoring:** Conduct audits and quality checks at critical points across all production departments. * **Non-Conformance Management (NCR):** Identify, record, and address Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), investigate root causes, and propose corrective/preventive actions. * **Continuous Improvement:** Implement methodologies (PDCA, 5S, Lean) to optimize productivity and reduce scrap/rework rates. * **Technical Receiving Inspection:** Technically validate raw materials (test reports and specifications) after physical verification conducted by Logistics. * **PPE Management (Compliance):** Control safety stock, verify equipment effectiveness, and audit delivery records to ensure legal and operational safety. * **Training:** Train operational staff on quality standards and proper use of measuring instruments. Desired Qualifications * **Education:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Food, etc.), Quality Management, or related fields. * **Technical Knowledge:** \* Quality tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Pareto). * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Proficiency with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). * Intermediate Excel skills for indicator generation (dashboards). * **Behavioral Profile:** Critical thinking, educator mindset (to guide production), organizational skills, and decisiveness. Work Interfaces * **With Production:** Act as support and enforcer of standards. * **With Logistics:** The Analyst serves as the "approval seal." Logistics verifies quantity and documentation; the Analyst verifies whether the product is fully compliant before release.
