The DevOps Architecture team at Banco Safra is responsible for enabling continuous and secure delivery of technological solutions, promoting automation, standardization, and scalability in development and operations processes. It serves as a strategic bridge between engineering, security, infrastructure, and business teams, supporting digital transformation with a focus on efficiency and regulatory compliance. **Responsibilities and Duties** Main Responsibilities: Design and evolution of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous integration, automated testing, and frequent deliveries with minimal human intervention. Definition of architectural standards using containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes), promoting consistent and scalable environments. Security embedded in DevSecOps pipelines, adhering to best practices for code deployment in production environments. Support for migration of workloads to hybrid cloud, including multicloud strategies and compatibility with on\-premises environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** Professionals with solid experience in DevOps engineering within complex corporate environments—especially in the financial sector—with strong expertise in automating CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and container orchestration in hybrid and cloud environments. Analytical and collaborative profile, capable of acting as a bridge between developers, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams, promoting continuous deliveries with efficiency, traceability, and regulatory compliance (BACEN, LGPD, PCI\-DSS). Technical proficiency in embedded security (DevSecOps), observability, and operational resilience practices, with emphasis on technical excellence and business continuity. Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab. Ability to operate in multi\-cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, Oracle, and on\-premises).
