We have 6 offices located at Brazil's main ports. **Responsibilities and duties** On a day-to-day basis with us, you will be responsible for: * Acting as intermediary between the terminal and the client; * Requesting necessary documentation for DAT registration; * Registering shipment deadlines (EXP) into the system; * Providing assistance and customer support on matters related to DAT; * Checking and correcting discrepancies in cargo data (DAT); * Conducting follow-up on the start and completion of transit; * Registering DUE and invoice (DAT) into the internal system; * Entering and maintaining updated truck departure schedules and deadlines in the internal system; * Handling damage incidents during transport (pre-claim). **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with fiscal documents, DUE, export shipping and customs clearance. **Desirable Requirements:** * Preferred ongoing education: International Trade, Logistics, International Relations; * English: Intermediate level; **Additional information** * Medical insurance * Dental insurance (optional) * Telepsychology * Life insurance * Meal or food allowance (R$ 60.00 per day) * Transportation voucher * Private pension plan (optional) * Profit or results sharing At **Allink**, we believe every journey is unique, and our purpose is to make yours extraordinary!
