**Job Opening: Custom-Built Furniture Assembler** We are seeking an experienced and committed professional to assemble custom-built furniture, ensuring quality, precision, and excellent customer relations. **Responsibilities and Technical Skills** * Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, measurements, and technical specifications * Counting and verifying components and hardware against the project specifications * Experience assembling MDF/MDP-based systems * Correct use of screws, dowels, hinges, drawer slides, and specialized hardware * Installation of doors, glass panels, mirrors, and accessories * Adjustment and leveling of cabinets, countertops, and baseboards * Proficiency with hand and power tools (e.g., power drill, tape measure, square, laser level, jigsaw, etc.) * Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems to avoid damage during installation * Application of finishing materials such as silicone, hole covers, and fine adjustments * Ability to correct or adapt components on-site when necessary * Knowledge of safety practices and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and care regarding tools and materials * Punctuality and responsibility in meeting deadlines * Proactivity in resolving technical issues on-site * Strong communication skills with customers, sales teams, and architects * Respect for the customer’s environment * Teamwork * Attention to detail and patience * Ability to work under pressure when required * Ethical and professional conduct while working inside the customer’s home **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with brands such as Bartzen, Idelli, Italínea, Dell Anno, and similar * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) * Ability to supervise assistants or helpers * Basic carpentry knowledge * Willingness to travel * Understanding of assembly logistics **Compensation** * R$ 1,940.00 + 3% bonus per assembled piece of furniture Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Contract Salary: R$1,940.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance
