Cost optimization and operational efficiency **Key Responsibilities:** --------------------------- * Coordinate corporate fleet management, ensuring vehicle availability, preventive and corrective maintenance; * Control operational costs, fuel consumption, fleet tracking, and utilization; * Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers, workshops, rental companies, and insurance providers; * Implement fleet policies, processes, and performance indicators to ensure efficiency and compliance; * Prepare managerial reports and cost analyses, proposing improvements and optimizations; * Supervise claims handling, fleet documentation, and regularization processes; * Ensure compliance with safety standards, traffic legislation, and internal policies; * Lead and develop the fleet management team, promoting best practices and engagement. **Mandatory Requirements:** ---------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in managing medium- or large-scale fleets; * Knowledge of fleet tracking, maintenance, and control systems; * Ability to analyze performance indicators and manage costs; * Strong communication skills, leadership, and negotiation ability. **Desirable Requirements (Preferred):** ---------------------------------------- * Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency; * Experience managing corporate fleets in large enterprises or multinational companies; * Knowledge of sustainability and green fleet practices; * Experience implementing fleet process optimization and automation projects.
