Job Summary: Provide support to the foreign trade department, ensuring efficiency and compliance of import operations through detailed process monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Process and enter international purchase orders into the ERP. 2. Monitor cargo readiness and perform documentary verification. 3. Communicate with internal customers and the China headquarters regarding product-related matters. **Description:** ---------------- Are you organized, communicative, and proficient in import processes? Support the foreign trade department by contributing to operational efficiency and compliance through detailed door-to-door monitoring of goods. Your responsibilities will include: * Processing and entering international purchase orders into the company's ERP; * Monitoring cargo readiness and performing documentary verification; * Entering and updating processes in the department’s systems and control spreadsheets; * Communicating with internal customers (sales, finance, and logistics) to provide updates on port arrivals; * Verifying and entering cost closures into the ERP; * Communicating with the China headquarters regarding product defects; * Assisting analysts with daily foreign trade-related tasks; * Acting as a guardian of the Code of Conduct guidelines and promoting CKS Brasil’s culture, mission, and values. **Requirements:** ----------------- What we are looking for: Organization, prior experience in the field, Familiarity with international transportation processes, Communication skills, Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Intermediate English.
