With operations increasingly tailored to meet the needs of import, export, and domestic markets, the company is committed to excellence in container handling across Brazil, focused on multimodal integration. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide administrative support to railway and multimodal terminal operations, working closely with operational and financial departments to ensure control over information, documentation, costs, and KPIs, ensuring compliance with contracts, deadlines, and internal procedures. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * ****Provide administrative support to railway and multimodal terminal operations. * Perform administrative controls related to operational movements (loading, unloading, storage, and transshipment). * Support financial control of terminal operations, including verification of costs, fees, operational services, handling, and additional charges. * Support the entry and verification of fiscal and financial documents. * Support monitoring of operational contracts and applicable pricing tables for terminals. * Support calculation of operational and financial KPIs (cost per operation, productivity, SLA, cycle time). * Act as an interface between internal departments (operations, finance, planning, commercial) and suppliers/terminals. * Support resolution of operational and financial discrepancies (values, volumes, services rendered). * Organize and maintain physical and digital files of operational and financial documents. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To excel in this role, you need:** * Completed high school education. * Basic knowledge of administrative and financial routines. * Experience or familiarity with logistics, railway, or multimodal operations. * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel. **Desirable:** * Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields. * Knowledge of logistics costs, billing, and operational contracts. **Additional Information** **The 10 Brado Attitudes** Our Behavior in Action!
