




Job Summary: A professional responsible for HR department routines, time tracking, onboarding, offboarding, employee support, and vacation management. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of HR department routines 2. Active support to employees across various areas 3. Control and organization of HR processes Daily responsibilities include time tracking record control, onboarding, offboarding, entering medical certificates into the system, supporting employees with transportation vouchers (VT) / meal vouchers (VR), health insurance, and dental insurance, conducting exit interviews with departing employees, tracking onboarded and offboarded employees, planning and scheduling vacations, absenteeism control, disciplinary action tracking, managing third-party employees, branch petty cash management, monthly procurement / ordering of branch supplies, payroll closing for agents engaged in door-to-door activities and transfer agents, and submitting agents’ invoices to Finance.
