Definition of architectural standards for containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes), promoting consistent and scalable environments. Security embedded within DevSecOps pipelines, adhering to best practices for code deployment into production environments. Support for workload migration to hybrid cloud, with multicloud strategies and compatibility with on\-premises environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** Professional with experience in DevOps engineering in complex corporate environments—particularly in the financial sector—with strong expertise in automating CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and container orchestration in hybrid and cloud environments. Analytical and collaborative profile, capable of acting as a bridge between developers, infrastructure teams, security, and architecture, promoting continuous deliveries with efficiency, traceability, and regulatory compliance (BACEN, LGPD, PCI\-DSS).
