




Job Summary: Professional responsible for requesting and adjusting bookings, monitoring allocations, controlling vessel schedules spreadsheets, and maintaining communication regarding schedules and container arrivals. Part of the Wilson Sons Group, one of Brazil’s largest logistics operators, with over 180 years of history and co\-founder member of WWA (WorldWide Alliance), the world’s largest platform of neutral NVOCCs. We operate 6 offices located at Brazil’s main ports. **Responsibilities and Duties** On a daily basis with us, you will be responsible for: * Requesting and adjusting bookings (via INTTRA or carrier’s website); * Monitoring and negotiating previously agreed allocations with carriers; * Maintaining and controlling the bookings spreadsheet; * Verifying and maintaining the export vessel schedule spreadsheet; * Registering vessels in the internal system; * Updating and uploading the daily position report; * Requesting bookings from carriers per route or demand; * Controlling booking cancellations with carriers; * Verifying and maintaining the internal vessel position; * Sending notifications regarding schedule changes; * Monitoring and notifying container arrival at the HUB. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience in booking request and control with shipping lines. **Desirable Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, or International Relations; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Unimed health insurance; * Dental insurance (optional); * Totalpass; * Telepsychology; * Life insurance; * Meal or food allowance (R$ 60.00 per day); * Transportation allowance; * Private pension plan (optional); * Profit-sharing or results-based bonus.
