




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for administrative support activities for the logistics department, ensuring documentation compliance and organization, and optimizing loading and delivery processes. Supporting logistical administrative planning and routines Administrative Activities * Receiving and verifying invoices sent by customers, ensuring compliance with fiscal and operational information. * Organizing, controlling, and archiving all received documentation, maintaining updated and easily accessible records for consultation. * Issuing load manifests, ensuring correspondence among goods, invoices, and shipped volumes. * Sorting and grouping invoices according to license plates of vehicles scheduled for departure, optimizing the loading and delivery process. * Supporting delivery planning, ensuring each vehicle departs with correct documentation for customer service. * Assisting with administrative routines in the logistics department, contributing to efficient transportation and distribution operations.
